Sparkling Events is an event-planning business with many facets. From black-tie galas to children’s birthday parties, we do it all for a reasonable price and with the appropriate amount of sparkle. Our services also include traditional wedding planning, with packages ranging from full service to day-of coordination. Sparkling Events can also create custom packages that best meet your event-planning needs.
Wedding packages range from simple guidance on how to get started to full coordination, with services including everything from vendor recommendations and negotiations to submitting your sparkling wedding to the Valley's top bridal publications. The standard packages are listed below, and of course we can create custom packages that meet your needs and respect your budget.
It's becoming harder and harder for non-profits to find enough dedicated and qualified sponsorship-committee volunteers to ensure a financially successful event. Many corporations continue to have charitable-giving allocations, but they are experiencing similar challenges connecting with charities that serve their stakeholders. Through sponsorship coordination, Sparkling Events aims to secure sponsorship dollars for charities by connecting them with corporations that are sympathetic to their mission.
Alison has worked with and for non-profit organizations in the Valley for nearly a decade. During her time in public relations at Neiman Marcus and while serving as the Director of Distinguished Events for the American Cancer Society, Alison forged relationships with some of the Valley’s most prominent and influential corporations, charities and individuals.
Upon assuming responsibility for the American Cancer Society’s gala event, the Jewel Ball, and overseeing its rebranding as the Goldwater Family Picnic, and the Picnic Under the Stars, Alison increased the event’s income by over seventy-five percent – with much of the increase coming from new sponsorship dollars.
Additionally, Alison has planned events and secured corporate sponsorship dollars for Mothers Against Drunk Driving. She has served on the executive committee for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Beach Ball, and the planning committee for Saks 5th Avenue’s Key to the Cure, benefiting TGen.
The breadth of Alison’s relationships and her sponsorship experience uniquely positions Sparkling Events to help non-profits meet their sponsorship goals by connecting them with corporations looking to support charitable causes in our community.
